What great Service Noel and his staff provide. I definitely recommend bringing your BMW to be service or maintenance at this mechanic shop. Noel is a specialist in Bmw and understands these vehicles very well. Took my vehicle to have my brakes replaced as well as doing the usual oil change in addition I was told some great advice and tips to ensure that my vehicle has a long time.

Took my m4 here for motor mount replacements. Service was top notch, reasonable, and fast! Don't know why I've been going to the dealer all these years? I will definitely come back here instead!

This shop is fantastic!! Noel is a great guy very honest and efficient. I took my GLC 43. AMG in for an oil change and Noel also found my car was leaking a small amount of oil from the upper timing cover. Noel went over everything with me. He is very knowledgeable and explains the importance of maintaining your vehicle. Thankful I found a shop in Modesto that I 100% trust to work on my Mercedes. These guys are GREAT! If you have a BMW and live in the Central Valley area this is the go to place. Jonathan was very helpful and knowledgeable about my BMW (although I thought I knew everything) but this is what happens when you think you are a know it all lol. From what I heard Noel is quite the technician to work on these cars. The only problem you're going to have with going to Roundel Noel Motorworks is choosing them or the dealership. You may think you're going to gain something by going to the dealership, I assure you not. The only thing you'll gain by going to the dealership is a higher price! Give Roundel Noel Motorworks a try, you'll be glad you did.

I was here a while ago. Came for 2 things to fix. They replaced 2 different parts and both didn't work afterwards. They couldn't also keep their promises when the work would been done. I had to pay full price for literally wasting my time, nerves and money. In many terms unreliable and unprofessional. I wish I could say something else but for me it was overall a horrible experience. I guess I was just unlucky according to the other reviews!?

I'd give them a minus rating of I could. Came in for a estimate for specific repairs. Was ran up on what I requested to a price that is FOUR TIMES what I requested. I had the car inspected by two other European specific shops (that have both been in business for decades) and their option was the car just needed the work I requested. Beware...they run up their prices. Edit: I came in and asked for a quote on a valve cover replacement. Noel then told me I "probably" needed a timing chain. I asked for a quote on the valve cover and an additional quote on the timing chain "if", once the valve cover was removed, it was shown to need a timing chain. Once the quote came back for over $4,000, I was told he would only do the entire timing chain job as that's the only way they could guarantee the work. THAT'S WHY I GAVE THEM THE POOR REVIEW. Two other qualified shops inspected the car, INCLUDING A BMW DEALER, and said there was no way they could determine the condition of the timing chain without removing the valve cover and looking at the guides.

Jonathan and Noel were great help. They do great and honest work. Just have to be patient because they do have a lot of cars to work on. But I was very satisfied with their observations.
